Dr Michael Jones is a leading professional in the area of international education systems, solutions, and practices. Dr Jones advises international education organisations on learning technology, HR and retention systems, qualitative assessments, quantitative assessments, budget and resource forecasting, motivation in learning, early years development, internal auditing systems, second language acquisition, and multilingual curricula.

Dr Jones has worked in education for 15 years, including 10 years in senior education management. Dr Jones served as principal of Be Smart Academy in Germany, one of Berlin's foremost early year's education establishments, before moving to education research in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In recent years Dr Jones has held senior directorships within a number of China's leading education institutions.
